THY-A316LQ (E316LT1-1) is a rutile-type C1 gas-shielded extra-low carbon stainless steel flux-cored wire. Delivering all-position capability, high molybdenum content, and excellent corrosion resistance, it is specifically designed for welding extra-low carbon 18%Cr-12%Ni-2%Mo stainless steel structures.

Welding Positions
- PA / PB / PC / PD / PE / PF
WARNING
- Use DC⁺ only.
- Maintain wire extension at 20 mm and shielding gas flow rate at 20–25 L/min.
- Keep interpass temperature below 120°C (250°F).
