Refund Policy – Bridge Brand

At Bridge Brand, we take product quality seriously and strive to ensure that every shipment meets our customers’ expectations. To protect both our customers and our business operations, we maintain the following refund and return policy:

1. Return & Refund Window

  • All refund or return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving the goods.
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Any item that has been opened, partially used, or damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer is not eligible for return or refund.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

3. Application Process

  • Customers must first contact us via email at tianru_sun@tjbridge.com to initiate a return request.
  • Once the return request is approved, Bridge Brand will provide:
    • A return shipping label,
    • The return address, and
    • Detailed return instructions.
  • ⚠️ Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.
  • Upon receiving the returned goods, Bridge Brand will inspect the products to confirm eligibility before processing a refund.

4. Quality Issues

  • If the return is due to a verified product quality issue (manufacturing defect or error in shipment), Bridge Brand will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement.

5. Non-Quality Returns

  • If the return is requested for reasons not related to product quality (e.g., incorrect purchase, change of mind, surplus stock), the customer will be responsible for:
    • All return shipping costs,
    • Customs duties, taxes, or other related fees (if applicable).
  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned goods have been inspected and confirmed in acceptable condition.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially used welding consumables,
  • Custom or special-order products,
  • Promotional items, discounted goods, or gift cards.

7. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

📌 Note: As welding consumables are industrial materials, please carefully confirm product specifications before placing an order to avoid unnecessary returns.
