THS-309L/THT-309L (ER309L) is a 24%Cr-13%Ni stainless steel welding wire. Featuring high alloy content and extra-low carbon, it delivers excellent high-temperature resistance, superior corrosion resistance, a stable arc, and smooth, all-position welding performance.

WARNING

  • Rust, oil, moisture, and other contaminants must be removed from the weld zone before welding.
  • Shielding gas: Ar + (1%–3%) O₂ is recommended for THS-309L, and pure Ar for THT-309L.
