World-Class Electrode Manufacturing Base
Spanning 300,000 square meters with 40 automated production lines, this facility is one of the largest welding electrode production bases globally. With an annual capacity of 500,000 tons, we offer a comprehensive portfolio of over 300 electrode types, including carbon steel, stainless steel, high-strength steel, and specialized hard-surfacing and cast iron solutions.
Precision Solid Wire Production Hub
Our 200,000-square-meter wire factory operates 6 specialized workshops dedicated to high-precision manufacturing. With an annual output of 300,000 tons, we provide over 200 varieties of premium wires, from mild steel and nickel alloys to copper-coated and stainless steel options, ensuring superior feedability and arc stability for global industrial applications.
Advanced Flux-Cored Wire (FCAW) Center
Focused on high-efficiency welding solutions, this 70,000-square-meter facility specializes in producing over 100 varieties of flux-cored wires. Our range includes gas-shielded and self-shielded options designed for demanding environments, ensuring robust mechanical properties for heavy-duty steel structures and hard-surfacing projects.
Specialized Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) Flux Plant
To complement our wire offerings, our dedicated flux factory produces over 30 varieties of high-quality welding flux. With a focused annual capacity of 20,000 tons, we ensure perfect synergy between wire and flux, delivering high-integrity welds for large-scale infrastructure and pressure vessel fabrication.
