THY-A309LQ (E309LT1-1) is a rutile-type C1 gas-shielded extra-low carbon stainless steel flux-cored wire. Featuring high ferrite content and low crack sensitivity, it offers all-position capability ideal for joining stainless steel to carbon or low-alloy steel and buffer layer cladding before 308-series overlay.

WARNING

  • Use DC⁺ only.
  • Maintain wire extension at 20 mm and shielding gas flow rate at 20–25 L/min.
  • Keep interpass temperature below 120°C (250°F).
