WARNING

  • The electrodes must be re-dried at 320°C–350°C for 1 hour prior to welding.
  • Rust, oil, moisture, and other contaminants must be removed from the weld zone before welding.
  • DC+ is preferred to AC, with lower heat input suggested. Preheat and interpass temperatures should be kept below 150°C.
